Guiding Behaviors for Innovation #drawtothink

Recently, my friend and design thinking co-conspirator Mary asked if I might help her to reimagine a set of "guiding behaviors" used to drive innovation at her company, currently represented by placeholder icons (see second image below). This was my quick prototype. I had fun :)
